You can help ensure that a legacy of community song benefits our community by leaving a charitable gift to the North Suburban Chorus in your will or estate.

We are a non-audition mixed chorus of seniors that performs throughout the year at senior housing facilities and community events in the Twin Cities area. We sing pop tunes, old standards, stage and movie hits, and patriotic music in 2–4 part harmony. We welcome singers of all abilities and bring the physical, emotional and social benefits of choral singing to our community.

Estate gifts made to the North Suburban Chorus help sustain programs and services that are not supported by tax dollars. A donation to the Chorus is a direct way to improve our community. Your legacy gift will leave a meaningful impact on countless lives for future generations. You will also be welcomed as a member of the Legacy Circle, which includes special privileges and opportunities for you to connect with others who share your commitment to sustaining the health and future of community singing.

How to Make a Planned Gift to the Chorus

    Ensure you have a current will that reflects your charitable objectives. Without a will you surrender control of your property and assets to the courts.

    Think beyond cash. You can gift stocks, real estate, insurance policies and personal property to charitable organizations.

    Working with your professional advisor, complete the North Suburban Chorus Legacy of Community Song nonbinding intent form.

The North Suburban Chorus is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for older adults who like to sing. The Chorus, in turn, brings entertainment and stirs memories in people living in senior residences or attending our events in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
